She rose to fame after the popularity of ‘Almost Famous’ (2000), which she won a Golden Globe for, and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. She is also known for her roles in ‘How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days’ (2003), ‘Raising Helen’ (2004), ‘The Skeleton Key’ (2005), ‘You, Me and Dupree’ (2006), ‘Fool’s Gold’ (2008), ‘Bride Wars’ (2009), ‘Nine’ (2009), and ‘Deepwater Horizon’ (2016). She followed up with her second book, “Pretty Fun: Creating and Celebrating a Lifetime of Tradition” in 2017. Kate has three children — a daughter, Rani Rose Hudson-Fujikawa, who she welcomed in October 2018 with her boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa. Kate has two boys, Ryder and Bingham, from a previous relationships. Kate married Ryder’s father, Chris Robinson in December 2000. They separated in 2006. She moved on with Bingham’s dad, Muse frontman, Matt Bellamy in 2010. They became engaged in 2011, but called it off in December 2014.
